This is a selection of some of the cats available for adoption. If you are interested in one of these cats please telephone the Shelter first on 01392 439898 to find out more information. When calling, please inform us if there are any changes expected in your personal circumstances (moving house, going on holiday etc) so we can discuss your situation in more detail. Please also be advised we will often require a cat flap to be fitted in your home - if this is the case we will ask that this is done prior to adoption of your cat. Reserves are updated every day. Matty may not be the handsomest cat in the world but this doesn't mean he isn't very deserving of a new home. He is about 8 years old, has a great character once he knows you, loves a fuss and enjoys sitting on your lap. He can be a little shy and would require a quiet home with an experienced cat owner. He was an unwanted stray who was covered in mats when he arrived (hence his slightly unoriginal name). |

Amber is 7 years old and needs a quiet, calm, understanding home with an experienced owner. She has been at Little Valley for sometime now and has settled down and enjoys attention. She would probably be better in an adult only home where she will be the only pet. She is a lovely with loads of character. |

Updated 7/8/10 Lady June is all black - very placid natured cat, who adores cuddles & attention. She is very talkative & gentle loving cat. We think she is quite young say 1-2 years old, she was a stray so we have no history on her. She has come in with a skin irritation, which is now on the mend! Her favourite past time is to play with toys.

Young Ozzie is probably about 6 months old. We have no history for him as he was a stray, but he is a super little chap - the emphasis is on little! He craves attention and appears to have a lovely nature. His coat, a bit rough at the moment, but this will improve with lots of TLC, it is an unusual rusty brown and white. He is still awaiting assessments, but this one certainly deserves a comfy home soon. |

A trio of trouble! We are 2 naughty boys, and a good little girl!!! We are very young and have lots to learn so will need all the help we can get. We would also like to put in a request for lots of toys, comfy beds and a scratching pole, climbing frames etc -you think of it and we want it!! Looking for a home together but certainly want to live with another cat if we are split up please. |

Poor Bronson has been shot with air gun pellets - who could do this to such a lovely cat?? One of the pellets cannot be removed but this doesn't affect him. He is an affectionate, charming character who loves to be able to sit on your lap and drool. He is playful and mischievous and sometimes knows his own mind and will let you know when he wants things on his terms. He should live in an adult only household but would cope with either a town or rural location. No-one came forward to claim him after he was shot but our vet thinks he is aged about about 5 or 6 years. | |

| Molly is a soft gentle girl who is very nervous. She will need a quiet, calm and understanding home where she will be allowed to grow in confidence in her own time and space. She has a lot to give, just needs the patience of an experienced cat owner. She is about 3 years old and is sued to a cat flap and litter tray. She will ned a home without children. |  |
